group Qigong classes

This year’s Qigong classes align with the Fire Horse energy, supporting transformation

through intentional embodied practice.

As Yang energy rises through spring and early summer, we work with intention to allow it to grow and strengthen, supported by the increasing Fire energy. Summer practices emphasize releasing excess Fire and stabilizing the system, while fall focuses on the Metal element, immune support, and preparation for the transition into winter.

Overall we will support our health by balancing our Vitality, Emotion and Wisdom centers, enabling also better stamina, will-power, and the ability to deal with change and make better decisions.

Class dates are intentionally selected using Chinese Metaphysics insights to support each phase of the practice.
