This three-part Qigong series, with timing informed by Chinese Metaphysics, is intentionally designed to support a smooth and conscious transition—releasing the old cycle, seeding the new, and activating growth. A worksheet to get clarity for setting the intention will be provided at the first session. The timing of each class is selected using Date Selection (Ze Ri), layering the energies of the year, the seasons of the Chinese calendar, the phase of the moon, and several aspects of the energetic quality of the day itself. A few days after those specific days also have excellent energies to support the activity, more than later in the year - the only layer not there is that of the day itself. Through turning inward, nourishing the physical, energetic, and mental bodies, and refining awareness, we gently reset direction and establish a strong internal foundation for what is ready to grow. The timing of this class is selected using Date Selection (Ze Ri). February 19 is a day of powerful emergence that strongly supports intention-setting and new beginnings. The energy of the Fire Horse year, the Spring season of the Chinese calendar, and the lunar phase are all beginning to rise. In addition, the energetic quality of the day itself, by several metrics, is excellent for starting something new. Layering these influences supports clarity, focus, and coherence, allowing the intention you plant to carry a clean, stable energetic imprint—ready to be nourished and brought into form.
