Riding the Fire Horse Series Clear the Old | Seed the New | Activate Intention. A 3-Part Qigong Journey The Fire Horse Year begins on February 4, 2026, ushering in strong forward-moving Yang energy. This three-part Qigong series, with timing informed by Chinese Metaphysics, is intentionally designed to support a smooth and conscious transition—releasing the old cycle, seeding the new, and activating growth. A worksheet to get clarity for setting the intention will be provided at the first session. The timing of each class is selected using Date Selection (Ze Ri), layering the energies of the year, the seasons of the Chinese calendar, the phase of the moon, and several aspects of the energetic quality of the day itself. A few days after those specific days also have excellent energies to support the activity, more than later in the year - the only layer not there is that of the day itself. Through gentle yet profound Qigong practices, we unwind what has tightened, clear stagnation, and consciously close the previous cycle. The timing of this class is selected using Date Selection (Ze Ri). February 10 is a day when important energies are at their Yin state. In addition, by several metrics, the energetic quality of the day itself is excellent for removing what no longer serves us. Layering these influences support release, completion, and energetic clearing. Practicing on this day creates clean space for the Fire Horse energy to enter.
