Description
Disperse Heat · Sharpen Intention · Strengthen Metal A Year-Long Qigong Journey Through the Fire Horse Year After the intensity of Summer, Fall Season, which starts around August 7, supports cooling down. This series focuses on working with Metal energy — supporting discernment, boundaries, and resilience to further grow our intention. It also prepares us for the cold weather, strengthening the respiratory and immune systems, which in Chinese medicine are the responsibility of the Metal element. These classes are suitable whether you are joining for the first time or continuing from earlier sessions. You do not need to have set a prior intention, you can arrive with a new one. Each series offers a complete, self-contained experience, while also fitting into the broader year-long program. The timing of each class is selected using Date Selection (Ze Ri), layering the energies of the year, the season in the Chinese calendar, the lunar phase, and the energetic quality of the specific day itself. Each class stands on its own; together, the series provides ongoing support for navigating the Fire Horse year with clarity and for moving intention forward in a more focused and resilient way. ________________________________________ Class 3 — Strengthen Metal Support Clean Growth This third Fall session focuses on strengthening Metal energy to support clean, stable growth — growth that is structured, resilient, and sustainable over time. Through grounding, consolidating Qigong practices, we reinforce structure, breath, and inner resolve, helping intention be carried forward with clarity and integrity. The timing of this class is selected using Date Selection (Ze Ri). [Insert date] is a day when several energetic factors support consolidation, resilience, and ongoing development. The days that follow also carry supportive energies for this work, making the practice beneficial even if you cannot participate live. Replay will be available.
